Only recently Udhaynidhi Stalin, the producer
of '7aum Arivu', said he would like to watch 'Velayudham' on the first
day, first show of its release and expressed that the Vijay starrer should emerge successful in the box-office.
And now, Vijay
has wished 'all the best' to the cast and crew of '7aum Arivu', and
said he would like to see the Suriya-starrer tasting a big success.
"Both of us (Vijay
and Suriya) sincerely hope that both Velayudham and 7aum Arivu should
become hits. My wishes to the unit members of these two films."
Suriya and Vijay
share a close friendship for more than a decade and they had acted
together in two films- 'Nerukku Ner' and 'Friends'. Udhaynidhi, one of
the top producers in Tamil cinema now, started off his Kollywood career
by producing Vijay-starrer 'Kuruvi' in mid-2008.
And interestingly, AR Murugadoss, whose '7aum Arivu' is clashing with Vijay's
'Velayudham' this Diwali will soon start a film that would star the
Ilayathalapathy in the lead role. "I am gearing up to work with
Murugadoss after finishing work on Nanban and Yohan Adhyayam Ondru. I am
thrilled about it," signs off Vijay.
