Vikram's critically acclaimed film Deiva Thiirumagal has completed 50 days in theatres recently.
Ever since the release of Deiva Thiirumagal, appreciation has been pouring in from all corners. Vikram plays the role of Krishna, who has a developmental disorder and is the father of a six-year-old child. Also in the cast are Amala Paul, Anushka, Sarah, Nasser, Santhanam, M.S. Bhaskar, Krishna Kumar, Y.Gee. Mahendra, Pandi and Karthik Kumar. The technical team comprises Vijay (direction), G.V. Prakash (music), Nirav Shah (camera), Anthony (editing), Santhanam (art director) and Deepali Noor (costume designer). The film, marketed by UTV Motion Pictures, released in more than 350 screens across India.
Vikram, who is always known for his intense acting, has once again delivered a power packed performance in Deiva Thiirumagal. The film has taken a strong opening in the box office and is reportedly Vikram’s best opening in Tamil Nadu since Anniyan. Deiva Thiirumagal is a masterpiece from director Vijay which narrates a tale of the love between a father and daughter.
