Thala Ajith revealed in a press release that he has decided to dissolve his fan clubs on May 1st (his birthday). It is a known fact that Ajith has one of the largest fan followings in South Indian Cinema. He also thanked all his fans who had been with him in all the ups and downs of his career. Ajith also stated that internal conflict between fans, lack of unity and breaching rules forced him to make this decision. He also urged his fans to accept his decision to dissolve the fan clubs as a special birthday gift to him.Interestingly, Ajith also gave up his title 'Ultimate Star' recently. Thala, as he is fondly called, is currently busy wrapping up Venkat Prabhu's Mankatha, his 50th film.
